How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Once we receive your package, we will can start the process!

• Refunds: Once processed, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (bank or credit card processing times may vary).

• Exchanges: We ship your exchange item or issue store credit right after your return is approved, and you’ll receive a new tracking email.
