Once your return or exchange is approved:
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to download your prepaid USPS shipping label or a label attached in PDF format.
Click the link, open the PDF, and print the label using any home or office printer.
Attach the label to your return package and drop it off at your local USPS post office or blue mailbox.
Tip: Use packing tape to securely attach all four sides of the label to the package.
No printer? Let us know! We’ll work with you to find a solution, such as a USPS location with a public printer or mailing the label to you.
