Gift returns are simple and discreet—no need to involve the gift giver. To return or exchange a gift you’ve received:

  1. Visit our Contact Page.

  2. Please provide the order number from the packing slip or, if unavailable, the gift giver’s name and email so we can locate the purchase.

  3. Tell us why you're returning the gift (optional, but helps our quality team).

  4. We’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label and easy instructions.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, you’ll have a choice:

    • Store credit (in the form of an e-gift certificate) to shop for something new

    • A product exchange for a different size, color, or style (depending on availability)

Note: Refunds are not issued to the recipient (only store credit or exchange). All returns must be new, unworn, and within 28 days of the purchase date.
